T.V. bingo is a way to reach a large segment of the population and is a service offered by Pennan Consulting AB. The game is played according to the same rules as in a internet bingo hall, but millions of players are capable of playing the game. The televised bingo game is the ninety number version where the player must have fifteen numbers to win. The players mark off the numbers as they are each number is called and the computer checks all of the tickets for a bingo. Pennan can provide the tickets since the computer can generate over 200 million different tickets. As the numbers are called, the screen displays a table of all of the numbers that have been called.  The player must have a valid ticket in order to play in the casino game. Tickets are purchased beforehand.

Televised bingo games are played in Russia, Macedonia, Kazakhstan and Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia was the first country to offer televised bingo, beginning on June 8, 1996. Their national TV broadcasts the ninety minute UK gambling game show every Saturday. Macadonia has broadcast its weekly bingo game since November 16, 1996. Kaxakhstan began theirs on November 28, 1999 and plays the ninety number versions. They had more than one million players after the first three months.  Russia began a live weekly game on Saturday night on September 16, 2000.
